Rob was extremely quick in calling me to discuss the work and also very prompt at replying to subsequent emails. He kept us well informed throughout, was punctual and efficient. He is very friendly, polite and extremely enthusiastic about his work. Despite only requesting a frame rebuild, he gave the sashes an overhaul at minimal extra cost to make them work beautifully. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
