We had a sash window in our new property that was in a deplorable condition. Hampshire Sash came and surveyed it and provided a detailed quotation with a contingency for when the window was actually dismantled (if it was worse than could be seen in situ). Rob has replaced and refurbished our Edwardian sash windows. It made a huge difference in the winter storms in terms of warmth and no noise than the rattly old ones. We had two large bay windows in a very poor state of disrepair. Rob and his team did a fantastic job making repairs to the boxes and cills where necessary and building and fitting a new set of double glazed wooden sashes to replace the old rotten, inoperable sashes which were beyond economical repair, with everything made to match the existing profile and character of the windows accurately. Without exception, they were friendly and courteous and took the time to explain everything and address any concerns. The quality of their craftsmanship and their attention to detail were superb.
