Rob refurbished two sash windows at the rear of our house to a high standard. His communication was excellent throughout; he kept us updated on progress, explained what was required at every stage and respected our budget. Rob and his team played a key role in the repair of our house in Farnham. At the start of the project, all of the windows were in a pretty ropey state - either rotten, missing weights, many with cracked panes of glass - and to top it all, it is a Grade II* listed house, so particular care and attention to detail were required. Hampshire Sash Window Services managed the whole thing seamlessly and calmly. Their ability to dove-tail in & clearly communicate with the other experts and trades who were also onsite meant that they effectively took a huge scheduling part of the project away from us and made it so much easier. The standard of work and repair is superb, and the value for money is amazing - I could not recommend Hampshire Sash Window Services more highly to anyone. Excellent, enthusiastic and efficient personal service from the initial survey through to completion. Delighted with the three refurbished windows and will return to this company for future work. (We have tried three others with mixed results.) Rob installed the windows slightly under budget and conveniently with great care and attention to detail.
We phoned Rob up to get a quote on fixing our sash windows (about 10), which were in a very run-down state, on Nov 14, and he was able to come around and do a survey within a week. Having given the survey and a very detailed breakdown, we then commissioned him to restore our windows. Although initially booked until Aug 15, Rob was able to fit us in whenever he had a gap, with the results that all of our windows were complete by Mar 15. A nice surprise. Although fixing sash windows is always expensive, Rob's company worked out as an excellent value for money, and significantly cheaper than a similar quote my parents had for their house in the West. Always happy to explain what he is up to and what needs doing, Rob (and his staff/family helpers) were very friendly - up to the point I've commissioned his nephew to do some joinery for us as well. We gave Rob a key to our house, and he always left it in good condition, washing up any mugs etc. I'd offered to let him use - the only thing I noticed was the windows getting fixed and the tea-bag supply going down! Overall I'd recommend Rob, and his company fix your sash windows - a very friendly and extremely knowledgeable craftsman!

Complete refurbishment of large sash windows and other windows - Outstanding! The nicest chap possible, the neatest worker ever, super quality craftsmanship. Worth every penny - don't go for the cheapest, use this company.
